1. Booking and Payment

• Upon booking confirmation, the full rental amount is paid by credit card via secure online payment.
• Booking confirmation and rental contract are sent to the provided email address.
• Consumption (electricity, heating, water) is settled after the stay based on meter readings.
• Floor washing (min. 500 kr) is mandatory and settled after the stay.

2. Cancellation

• In case of cancellation, the amount is not refunded unless the property is re-rented to another party.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

3. Cleaning and Check-out

• The property must be thoroughly cleaned upon departure, unless final cleaning has been purchased.
• Floor washing is always performed by the landlord and settled based on time spent (minimum 500 kr).
• The areas surrounding the property must be cleared of rubbish.
• Waste must be sorted and left in the waste container.
• The key must be returned upon departure.

4. Consumption

• Electricity is settled at the daily rate.
• Heating is settled per unit at current prices.
• Water is settled per m3 at current prices.
• Meter readings are taken by the landlord upon arrival and departure.

5. Practical Matters

• Final arrangements regarding access and practical details are agreed with the landlord shortly before the rental period.
• Dogs are welcome by arrangement but must be kept on a lead.

6. Liability and Damages

• The tenant is responsible for any damage to the building, furnishings, and equipment.
• Any damages must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
• The landlord assumes no responsibility for personal injury or loss of belongings during the stay.
