Electricity
The electricity meter is usually mounted on an outside wall of the property.
Heat
The heat meter is usually located near the boiler or heating unit. Heat is billed per unit of consumption.
Water
The water meter is usually located in a utility room or basement. The price covers both fresh water and wastewater.
How the prices are calculated
The rates are based on the actual cost prices from the utility providers plus a small surcharge for the upkeep of meters, heating, and installations.
